The Junction
Kachiguda is the railway junction where cultures have converged and a thousand kitchens have mingled for generations. We named this restaurant after that crossroads — because a junction, at its heart, is a gathering place.
The Longing That Started It
The founders were Hyderabad natives who built new lives in North America but could not leave their culinary memory behind — the sizzle of curry leaves, the slow-cooked depth of a dum pot, the chutneys no jar could replicate. Homesickness became a mission: recreate not just the recipes, but the feeling.
Unapologetically Regional
This is the fire of Andhra, the warmth of Telangana, and the regal refinement of Hyderabadi cooking — served exactly as it was meant to be. Dum Biryani, Karivepaku Chicken, Haleem, Gutti Vangaya, and housemade chutneys that are never an afterthought.

What began as one kitchen's worth of longing grew into beloved locations across New Jersey and Ontario — each a fresh homecoming for the Telugu diaspora and a discovery for anyone willing to pull up a chair.
